This color wheel is a 'square one', with a hue / saturation / luminosity mode.
It's probably the best mode for choosing a color precisely.
Although it's a 3-step process, you just need 2 clicks to adjust the color :

The first click, in the main color wheel, adjusts the hue horizontally (i.e., more red, green, or blue), and the saturation vertically (i.e., more vivid or more gray) |

The second click, in the right slider, adjusts the luminosty (i.e., of course, more white or more black) |
